Beschreibung As head of technical development, Tim Knöferl is responsible for the design and development of the robots and all attachments. As a trained bodywork and vehicle mechanic, he brings extensive experience from motorsports to agriculture. In addition, his engineering degree gives him the expertise needed to provide the team with the best possible support. This ensures that the best technical solution is always developed. As the head of AGICU UG (limited liability), he impresses above all with his willingness to always take on new challenges.
Johannes Rählert
Position CFO
Beschreibung As deputy managing director, Johannes Rählert is a key member of AGICU UG (limited liability). After training as an automotive mechatronics engineer, he gained extensive experience in vehicle testing, prototype construction, measurement technology, and fault analysis at leading OEMs. He combines his technical knowledge with business management expertise, which he further deepened through his studies in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering at IU. With his international project experience, his clear eye for the essentials, and his high quality standards, he plays a key role in supporting the further development of the company.

Beschreibung As a design engineer and developer at AGICU UG (limited liability), Patrick Plank is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of technical solutions. His bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on automotive engineering and his current master's degree in automotive engineering provide him with a solid theoretical foundation. This is complemented by a wide range of practical experience, in which he has taken on technical responsibility and managed complex development projects. His strengths lie in particular in the design, development, and use of modern simulation tools, with which he makes a decisive contribution to realizing innovative and functional solutions for robots and attachments. With his structured and solution-oriented approach, he supports the team in implementing the best technical concepts and successfully mastering new challenges.
Marlene Wiedemann
Position Construction and public relations
Beschreibung As a budding engineer in the field of automotive engineering, Marlene Wiedemann brings valuable expertise to AGICU UG (limited liability). After completing her training as a technical product designer, she is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree at the Technical University of Ingolstadt. Within the company, she is responsible for design and public relations. Thanks to her practical design experience, she makes a significant contribution to technical development. At the same time, she enriches the team with her talent for language and text, which benefits her in external communications. With this combination of technical know-how and strong communication skills, she ensures that AGICU's work is presented efficiently internally and convincingly externally.
